Wonder - The 6 Types of Working Genius

There are six types of Working Genius, one of which is the genius of wonder. Many people with this genius often get criticized or misunderstood. This kind of a person can sit and ponder and notice when something's missing or something's wrong. You can see the unfulfilled potential and you don't mind that ambiguity.

Such people can notice things that other people miss and they are the reason why all the other geniuses can focus on the right thing.

However, to do that an individual has to understand how valuable it is to any team and to any project. Without such individuals, everyone else might be working furiously on something that's not what's needed or something that's not all that important.

Such individuals should let people around you know that this is your genius and that you actually like doing this and that you've discovered it's actually valuable to a team or a project. If you are such a person, let people know that you didn't realize what this was for a long time, and then find ways to apply this in the work you do in your families, in projects, and teams of any kind.

Nonetheless, we can't use our genius all the time. However, don't deny that it's your genius and find every possible way in which you can use it appropriately.
