Most of the people who have this genius don't recognize it as a genius at all. Sometimes they're even reluctant to admit it and they don't understand how critical it is, not many people don't have this and how any team, family, or organization that doesn't have the genius of enablement is not going to get things done.
The genius of enablement is all about knowing how to come alongside and help assist/support and provide what's needed in exactly the right time. When the galvanizing genius gets people excited, somebody needs to say “I am going to answer that call and I'm going to provide exactly what you need.”
This is oftentimes the person who wins the award most valuable team player because they know exactly what's needed and it's a real skill.
Many people discount this genius as just being nice. Sometimes people even think their genius of enablement and it means they're a pushover but it's not that at all.
Such geniuses know how to help exactly at the right time and on the terms of the people that are asking for that help.
Such geniuses must accept that they have this genius and proudly tell other people that this is what they do well. Moreover, such geniuses must realize that when they're doing it, they're providing a service that other people just can't do.
However, there will be moments when such geniuses need to push back and need to discern with somebody.
