The genius of invention.
Such people come up with new ideas out of nothing. Such people come up with new thinking - original thinking even with a blank slate.
This genius is really critical to any team or organization or initiative. But such geniuses should keep in mind is they need the genius of wonder because they come to say “Hey! I think there's a problem here. I think there's something wrong. Can you come up with something around this” and that's when such geniuses must say “Absolutely, I would love to and then when we invent.”
Thereafter, such geniuses need the next genius “the genius of discernment” because they're the people that give us feedback. The genius of invention and genius of discernment come together to refine the inventions.
However, the genius of the invention must be mindful that sometimes a project is so far along that it just requires implementing, and at such time, such genius should try to hold back. So, let's keep in mind that every moment every step along the way is not necessarily a time for invention.
